About Us

Working Well is a SEQOHS accredited NHS Occupational Health Service – we help employers and their employees perform at their best by supporting them to proactively manage health at work – because health is everyone’s business.
SEQOHS stands for Safe, Effective, Quality Occupational Health Service. SEQOHS accreditation is the formal recognition that an occupational health service provider has demonstrated that it has the competence to deliver against the measures in the SEQOHS standards.

We are a proactive member of the NHS Health at Work Network which represents occupational health teams working in the NHS and supports the Government’s health and work strategy, which is to increase the quality and delivery of health at work services.

Our Services

Working Well promotes and protects the health and wellbeing of working people. We provide independent advice to both managers and employees on the health of individuals at work, the working environment, health risks associated with the workplace and any occupational implications.

Established over 30 years ago, our service brings together a diverse multidisciplinary team of occupational health practitioners and administrators, appointed based on their qualifications, experience, and potential to excel in the specialty of occupational health.

Promoting the health of your workforce improves attendance, productivity and morale. 
Working Well can offer health and wellbeing initiatives to your organisation as specific programmes, group training or individual assessments.
